The company I work for provides credit, criminal, and evictions reports as part of a larger online toolset for landlords.

Any recommendations on how to do a criminal background check?

So a quick question for those of you who use any type of background/credit check/eviction/criminal history check for screening tenents.

Everyone over age 18 should pass a criminal check and be comfortable that they are enhancing rather than harming the property and household dynamics. 

@Nick Tolson No offense meant to Inglewood, just trying to make a point to Eric that two places associated with the same general area (Riviera Maya or LA) can be very different.

I honestly mean no offense, but shouldn't you sell the house before you actually come on here and write such a long winded post (that probably literally took a few hours) while sounding like a goof ball? 

Criminal history?

As far as I can see, we have almost lost all property rights in the US as the Government gives all the rights to the Criminals and the Tenants and treats the Landord/Owner like crap in Court.

Here in Florida a contractor can get arrested for fraudulent or criminal actions.
