In my 20 years doing lease options I've been through both good and bad markets and always found sellers that needed to sell and get out from under their house for a variety of reasons.If you are experiencing the problems you mentioned you can cure it in a heart beat by working the right market and talking to the right sellers.Good luck,Joe
