He’s promoting his new Real Estate Success System for $997 which includes in-person summit and his full course. wondering if anyone has bought it and if worth it?

For the project I plan on creating a system to address every aspect, step-by-step, of increasing the value of multifamily properties by making improvements that increase each property's net income.

The real question has to do with  if you are prepared to do what's required to learn the foundations of real estate investing, strategies, tactics, financing, title, escrow, marketing, deal structuring, develop acquisition systems, investors, associate networks and management of properties, rent collection, cash flow, taxes, etc.This is all took me a lot longer than one year, but you might be very dedicated. 

The system I use has different catagories.

Columbus has ranked on the top 10 markets that outline that for the past 6 months at least. the best place to buy new builds is in higher priceopint markets but where the costs haven't gotten out of control. besides that I'd recommend working with a vertically integrated land development, real estate development, and new construction firm or design build firm who also understands market conditions. 

And that his understanding of business and economics enabled him to lead our country to establish the free market based system we benefit from today. 

your system probably applies well in really dense areas but maybe not in less dense.   

@Adriana V Alvarado you'll learn more and have better control over a local house-hack versus an OOS rental.Just be careful of the tenant-friendly climate in California.
