Obviously, no one wants another 2008 situation, but I think easing up on the regulations a bit could be great for both investors and people buying homes.

If you are single or married with a small child, buying a duplex or 4plex should work well.  

Example: If a business buys an oven and it costs $5,000, and $1,000 for installation and setup, and $200 of delivery and transport fee.

just wondering how folks think you can buy some course for a month and become a hard money broker..

I have clients doing 1 a quarter thats about the slowest to others that will go on a mini tear and I will help them buy 5 or 6 over a 45 day period then they go to work.But generally my busy folks will do 15 to 30 plus a year..

If you love property management and want to start a business keep looking into it.Otherwise keep buying income producing properties to generate wealth.

I haven't posted in a while, and most I talk to have stated the slack in the market and slowed down with others who have backed off on buying/investing.
