Christchurch NZ is not doing well at all. the Rents are declining do to over supply and prices in most areas have stagnated. the BIG Economic Boom of after the Earthquake lasted for 3 years straight after the EQ and when there was housing shortage. now there is over supply of renovated, fixed up homes.
