Sean Wilt permit/tax issues with an STR owned as a lease option

In a recent discussion on BP, it appears the Boston has outlawed STR's in similar fashion.If your rental does not work for long term tenants, you may be wasting your time if the local city changes the STR regulations.Additionally, I agree that the owner should be informed.

so 4  times a year flying to the event renting hotels etc .so add in another easy 10k.. and from what I saw you had folks at the top of their game and you had some that were trying to scale up so the ones that were at the top it appeared to me to be more like social for them and they could help others.

It appears they have only completed a handful of these homes, which are notable for their amazing low cost ($54k~ show in the permits, they appear to sell for them for $68k).

Another thing to consider is that the other LLC with your wife appears to be a property management company.
