Hello can anyone help with an example of a promissory note/agreement specifically for raising capital in real estate.

@John McGuire, while this is ultimately a question for both an attorney (are you actually creating any real protection by holding in an LLC) and a thorough review of your actual mortgage agreement regarding transfer of ownership, I will say two things:Typically, services don't care if you transfer ownership with your mortgage.  

That should be part of the assignment agreement that you will be signing.

Hey @Carlos Martinez - I'm a broker & investor in NYC. 1 - Technically getting insurance is on you, BUT it doesn't mean the agent shouldn't be helping you by giving some recommendations lol... it's an odd thing to tell your client that it's not your job anymore. 2 - In terms of paying out of pocket the commission difference, it depends on what agreement you had with your agent.

I plan on having my immediate family members sign a simple agreement since they’ve already expressed no interest in the house or items within. 

Or will they postpone the sale if there is a purchase agreement in place?

Should I have a lease agreement in place with the tenant?

Have property under agreement to purchase for 10% above my back end sales price ?

I also never signed rental agreements personally.
