I feel the same way about driving to the east side as a 4th grader feels about being driven to the dentist.For those of you who are on the outside looking in and simply don't get it please check out this article written by Billy Hallal it will really open up your eyes into the psyche of us Cleveland natives and our strange divide. 

I'm not a NY native (though I have been here for ~17 years) so I don't know the surrounding areas as well.I'm looking for areas with aging housing inventory (i.e. lots of fixer-uppers) that has shown good resale value for renovated properties.  

I have a few homes in the area, as a native, i definitely agree its in the path of progress. 

I am a Baltimore investor agent as well as a Baltimore native.

I love Provo, but it seems to be heading towards being annexed into California (and being a California Native that would truly be a travesty for Provo).

I'm a Arizona native and the neighborhoods have definitely changed over the years, you made a important statement by saying a neighborhood you would live in if you had to. 

Me and my wife are San Diego natives and just moved back from AZ where we lived for about 10 years.

@Jason Flynn  I'm a  native Californian and would love to be able to own more property here but the numbers just don't make sense.

I'm a Tulsa native and see a lot of potential growth there.
