. :-)There are many other ways how you can promote your condos (and not pay airbnb fee):- Create a website for your buildings (use a good SEO company to go on top of Google search)- Create social media pages- Get listed on TripAdvisor- Work with a local property rental company- Get listed on HomeAwayWe are an architectural/ real estate company in Tulum, and we do property management for all our clients.

That & the fact that you chose to save $75 on dinner but are missing out on tens of thousands because doors are getting slammed in your face because you are known as a goober, lol.Jim as you have schooled me over the years about how all this internet and SEO stuff works.. looks like the 5 buck Gold millionaire shot himself in the foot letting this friend of his post that.. or maybe he asked her.. or maybe he was not aware.. but if he mentioned it on a pod cast.. boy oh boy. that is something..  

I will never be able to market as good as AirBnb and VRBO, I will never be able to compete in SEO with those guys.  

Currently my best skill is on the technology side - websites, automation, marketing, SEO, etc, and data analysis in a general sense.Thanks!

Hey guys,So I ran across a guy I really like named Preston Seo I started following and then realized he offered a course for learning AirBnb arbitrage.

Everything is organic (SEO) and...All leads are free and I get leads daily without lifting a finger.If any of you say "well I am not going to learn it, I have no time".. well that's why you don't have my results, and you have no right to complain.

But so far for my SEO business, it is working tremendously well. 

There are a ton of free, nice templates, and wordpress does a better job out of the box with SEO.
