Hobbies include playing tennis, watching college football (Go Gators!)

I'm focusing mostly on the Des Moines, Iowa, metro but with my new assignment, I can see myself trying to enter into the DC metro which I'm confident will be very difficult.I need to spend some more time researching and building a network of like minded/motivated individuals.Also, I'm a HUGE fanatic of football (proper, so soccer for everyone else) and have enjoyed my time here in England going to over 75 matches in the last year alone. 

I bough it for roughly 87k, and I purchased it because the area is growing and it's close to entertainment (Football, Baseball, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, restaurants, bars, etc - You get the point).

In my spare time, I enjoy exercising in the gym, running around Atlanta, traveling the world, fishing, watching college football, and snow skiing.

And then on football weekends you could’ve rented your own unit out, too. 

There are a lot of fantasies sold to buyers at the end of the day.

If tenant abuses them, they pay for the replacement.If you don't put anything up, Tenants will hang blankets, sheets, football banners, political signs, or some other thing that looks like crap and they'll probably damage the walls.

It's much less stressful go into contract at a price that doesn't have any fantasy element in it.

These sellers are in fantasy land.

If so, there are 3 big things in Houston to look for (1) Floodplain/did it flood during Harvey, (2) School District, (3) Football/athletic program at the high school they are zoned too.
