I think we have a disconnect on terminology here.

This could be part of the disconnect in the advice we are all giving you.

Wanting an owners opinion.I think the disconnect is with owners who assume just because they hired a pro that alleviates anything negative that can happen with their property.

I'm looking for others' experience and advice with regard to my latest question.A tenant has requested of the utility company that his gas service (his unit's heat, only - hot water and range are electric) be disconnected in the spring and reconnected in the fall in order to save the monthly "connect" charge when he uses zero therms.  

However, you can see the appreciation is in line with prior normal cycles, although employment growth and economic conditions are not as booming, so there may be more of a disconnect between economic reality and home price appreciation if that continues.. 

On top of that in CA (i dont know about elsewhere) they dont publish phone numbers on the NOD lists, so I have to use my skip tracing tools at my other job to get them and even then, they are probably disconnected.

Not to mention the day the handyman who came out failed to mention he disconnected our laundry drain and that led to flood number 2 the next morning.

@Vincent Plant I may be wrong, but i think there may be a disconnect with your use of the word Cash Flow.

I also know I need to reside in the residence for the time set by the lender, not the VA.I didn’t have to pay the VA funding fee because of a service disconnected disability, would I need to pay it if I use my second tier entitlement?
