Anything over a certain price is free delivery and set up. 

The benefit (to me) is that you can pay for delivery and installation.

Every year I have tenants report stolen packages and missed deliveries.

It's no longer about how much money you have to toss at something, it's about process, timelines, and delivery cost.

I still shop for food in those buildings, but many retailers are now incorporating a home delivery service and I don't think it's too far fetched to imagine this becomes the primary means for a lot of people.
