I can't tell you how many hoops I've jumped through to get to this point (a different story for a later time).Anyways, yesterday (Friday, 2/19) was business day #11 (yes, 11) that my escrow officer has tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of someone at Chase that can tell her what the exact amount is to bring the mortgage current.

Be aware if your jurisdiction has “1 business day” delivery times or similar for digital service you may need to adjust scheduled dates

It will be up to 3 business days for us to complete the screening process.Make sure the application is completed don't run it until it is, If you require prior landlord verification be specific and give a 3 day time limit.

If it's an actual check or money order that they bring to the leasing office then it's late on the next business day if it is not in the office when you open at your normally scheduled time.

I don't know the rules in Indiana, but in Ohio you are required to do a Quit or pay and wait 3 business days before you file.
