It seems like one of those "too good to be true" things, but I have purchased 3 out of 5 properties that I currently own/rent out through people I know bringing friends, relatives, their distant friends etc.best of luck! 

As someone who has been providing these services for years now, you want to be very careful who you go with (and that is especially true if you go the DIY route). 

I think that still holds true even if to a much lesser extent.

Is this true? 

Just because they claim it is $500 below market does mean it's true.

The rep said it was because they move so fast....not sure how true that is.

The rest are focused on personal growth and development as well as scaling a true B quadrant (see RDPD cash flow quadrant) business.Could I "do it" without all this?

This is almost too good to be true.
