Do you guys have any companies that specialize in VA loans and may know more about the VA process then Quicken? 

I ask because I was an add in the recent newsletter for www.atminvesting.com offering a special for BP members.

Find a lender in Denver that specializes in VA home loans.

I'm not a CPA (although I do know a great one that specializes in RE specifically) but you can run a cost segregation study to accelerate depreciation into the first year to help on taxes (although this is phasing out, but can still be powerful), and may help with your plan to do Roth conversions. 

When our offer was accepted the listing realtor contacted us and said the previous owner had a 'VA Vendee' loan which was some kind of special loan from the VA.
