Working with a remote CPA who has experience in real estate is better than working with a local CPA who does not serve real estate investors.

There were serveral occasion that we got into unhappy situation, but i've never threaten to evict her, but i've asked her to move out with a 30 days notice if she can't bind to the rule and if she act immaturely. #4 She mentioned that i made her made cash payment and she thinks that i've not been reporting it to IRS and she will sue me about this too.

Would have been much easier if I had that quality realtor, BK & probate attorney, process server and mail carrier bird dog, etc.  

I typically set aside one day a week that I let people who want to meet with me come take me out to lunch -- if Bob wants to come here the last week in August, I'll find a slot in my schedule for him. 

Holding my cash for future RE deals is my main objective, and I'm not dumping my reserves into a slot machine.

I have a server running at my office that (as long as I have a static IP), any camera in the world can connect to.  

It costs more than this just to file and have a process server serve them.
