Septic tanks, even though they're full of crap (no pun intended), are sensitive things - the bacteria are highly susceptible to overload, bacteria soaps, bleach, chemicals, and other stuff that simply won't break down or will kill off the bacterial load.

Also, it think it would be in your best interest to not be so sensitive.

At the same time I think we can all see the difference between objective analysis and inciteful, inflammatory, and downright insulting comments.Many of us haven't slept in weeks and I'm only asking non-investors to show some sensitivity here at this difficult time.

For more time sensitive data like foreclosures, they stick to a 3 business day lag even though you can get it from public sources and skip trace it day 1. 

If one is holding assets that involve a lot of transactions or are time-sensitive in nature, this is a vastly superior program than relying on a 3rd party processing firm.
