Sorry about that.When I started coming to this site, reading articles and listening to the podcast, I was not in a position to take big action in pursuit of real estate investing.

It just seems like such a waste of time and money to me to not research your pursuit enough to filter out the ones that just are not going to happen.I guess I've learned more  than i figured in all these yearsOr,,, maybe not LOL

Each day we are in pursuit of something better, something better for us or something better for our loved ones.

If I'm out of pocket 55K (worst case) on a $170K property that appraises for $155K, I'm positive equity - sure, i could've got a better deal had i put in a ton more work and done everything myself but i'm not it a position to do that.I guess what I am saying is I understand that the pursuit of a different strategy would likely net a better & quicker result.
