Using the money from selling that home to continue buying ETF’s (paying dividends) and continue offering private money loans to home flippers I partner with. 

What insurance are you all using for furnished medium term (30 days and more) private room rentals?

We are looking for private lender recommendations, and also, can we achieve private financing inside of 30 days?

Or save yourself a lot of work and develop a relationship with a private money broker who can shop for you.

Would I have a tough time finding a private buyer vs. going through my real estate agent that sold it to me?
