we believe he is into drugs and messed up and he is again a liar and a thief(sorry) but when you give a person a chance you just cannot do that any more....damage is extensive inside mobile home, brand new door broken, flooring damaged 3 windows broken door to refridgertor broken...we did give him a verbal notice when he did pay the last month's rent, his comment I will make you lives miserable if you got to court and I will own this property...I have said enough as we are totally broke and thank you for giving us some insite....we will not able to rent this mobile home out for a very long time...we do own the property out right...yes he should have been gone last month...thank you again PB

A legal persona or scare tactic if you will, bullet proof if I find no other way (insurance, etc) to hiring a good attorney spending the money to create ironclad contracts to an LLC or myself(sole propriety) for that matter.

I know my path to being a developer was a very windy crooked one.. but it was based in being a real estate broker.. plain and simple.. this puts you into position to work with developers on their projects.. and you can start as a land ack person as an agent every developer will listen to you if your bringing them land deals to look at.. you get paid.. kind of like the wholesaler crowd on BP hawking houses.. only its land.you just learn as you go..
