This benefit would obviously be reflected in how much you pay every month; but I don't think this would be as scary as it initially sounds because of the ability to have full time staff taking care of your communities.I'm going to pause here because I really want your thoughts and feedback.

She is a great tenant and like @Manolo D. mentioned, the tenants in South LA may not be so great due to socio-economic factors so that's another thing that gives me pause. 

In the middle of episode 1 of BTM, I had to pause to read this incredible story. 

I am not too concerned with hitting pause on my acquisition strategy and catch a breath, even if it is for  a year or two.

The only thing that I would have pause about would be when an issue arises and it is hard to communicate.

However, with the pending move, I’ve paused paying the student loans to start building down payment money in case we decide to buy.

SILENCE, PAUSE, LISTENI hope this helps, but dont be discouraged. at the end its a numbers game and some get lucky and others are born lucky. its a matter of being prepared and acting on it. luck can be good or bad what matters is if you are prepared and take action.

If I were looking for a rental and don't know anything about real estate, comparing that to your rental price will give me pause - you are too expensive. 

That money is going somewhere so you are right to pause and think why?
