UN- wide world... or the BAR member 'attorneys' (masquerading as 'lawyers') within the globally franchised legal(eased) system of the Roman 'City of London' Temple BAR (using Maritime Admiralty "law of the sea," subordinate to Roman "Canon law," of the land) would have shut it DOWN, long ago.And I have thought up some great LO and wholesaling, etc. related 'ideas,' but have yet to 'apply' any of them, to date.

If it comes down to it, I would even go as far as to leave my part time job just to pursue my passion for real estate.

My latent passion for real estate investing was recently rekindled and here I am ready to dive in and start creating my own deals.I've been getting out looking at open houses to get a sense of my local market, crunching some numbers, and reaching out to people to start building up some contacts in the residential real estate world.My ideal path is to do some rehabs to generate some more capital and then move to buy/holds.

sounds to me like you're doing something you love, if you have a passion for something and you can make a decent living at it by all means go for it.

but if you're passionate about it - the waking up and doing it all over again - will be AWESOME.
