@Kayla Elliott  Hi Kayla - this was a commercial mortgage loan with a local bank, that held it "in house" after it was issued. 

I currently have a single family property averaging $330 a month in cash flow which is going into a basic checking account seperate from personal.

We really like it and would like to stay but i don't know if you still intend to keep it now that you're gone.Then go from there.

@Brian Fisher It sounds like this was a frozen pipe and not a pump issue. 

We now are looking to create an LLC and setup the necessary legal documents to protect both parties and layout the terms of the agreement.
