So, basically, increase the nominal monthly contributions after each year, sum the monthly contributions at the end of the year, add to that the previous year's summed, 9%-inflated amount, and then grow that amount by 9%; then rinse and repeat for 15 years.

So my question is: has anyone ever entered into an arrangement with a GC where they would be a "paper contractor," let you use their license to pull the permit, and provide very minimal oversight for a small nominal fee, maybe say around $500 or $1000?
