@Josh JimenezI am not familiar with those investors however; the larger players in the real estate investing (syndication) business usually have several different income streams other than just the investments they usually talk about.

However, I'm not one of those people and the quickest thing that accelerated my real estate is having high streams of income after graduation. 

Their income stream has been cut off for now.

My best advise would be to have enough capital saved up or a steady income stream available to you during your first year.

And this was a part of my revenue stream as well.Can I return partial eidl loan if I do not use it all?

I cut out our cable, and instead stick with some streaming services - I probably saved half of my cable costs and still have live TV when I want it.
