Again, it seems as though one agent (the Listing Agent) has already looked and did not feel an increase in price was of merit.  

There are other Counties that don't have a State reqt to publish Notices of Default.Please take a moment to give us your feedback on the above and let us know if the benefits from having such a service available merits more time and attention on our part.

But I just don't see how this rule has any merit outside of the lower end homes/areas.

The question is whether or not the ego needed to get to that figure merits the risk you have to take to obtain the number.  

Joel Owens, if you are able to secure a multifamily apartment with a fixed rate in the 5% range for a 7-10 year term, and assume 7-8% cap rates with 80% LTV and a DSCR of 1.2, are most local banks willing to consider the deal on its own merit or do you have to be able to pay for the mortgage out of your own W2 etc?

Look at the arguements based on their own merits, not by which scholar/clown is saying them.

If you want to assume merits for their "performance" I consider that far fetched, but typical.

I do not believe that her complaint is accurate and that her justification for a refund has merit.

I do agree with him that credit scores are not an indicator in B-/C areas that have merit.
