I've been posting on classified listing websites (Loopnet, craigslist, and classified listings pages of New York Medical Society, etc) but this is GETTING EXPENSIVE.  

Or, the person was off medication in the past and will be on medication now, and has been for some demonstrable time.

What are people's thoughts around umass medical and adcare?

I was trying to put my Health Sciences and Business Administration degree to use by getting into medical device sales; however, the excuse I kept hearing from potential employers was that I didn't have the sales experience needed.

Owning an investment property that doesn't make sense without professional management is a time bomb waiting to go off.What if some medical condition or accident comes up?  

My father in-law had a medical practice which he retired from and currently owns the property.

I am still medically recovering and I spend a bunch of my time learning about real estate learning (about 10 hours per day).
