I plan on traveling to where I find a property worth investing in.I’m sure I can invest somewhat closer to me but it’s very pricey I’m in NJ.

I plan to network as much as possible and I’m eager to learn all that I can.

I think flipping is the way to go on this project since it’s my first deal which has always been the plan but very grateful for some guidance. 5 weeks of tear out, wall paper removal 🙃, new electrical, deck supports, HVAC install…we start putting it back together!

Would this be a forever home or something you would plan on doing the same thing all over again on?

What kind of financing are you planning for?

We recently did a loan involving a borrower with a mind-numbing operating agreement involving nested LLCs, retirement plans, and individuals. 

I don't plan to do any fundraising, but I'm finding the paperwork and process quite daunting.

Basically you stay working there and rollover funds into another qualified plan.   

But make sure you have a plan for enough restrooms.

And yes we get a deal when we contract for 90 house plans we pay 2100.00 per plan and that include engineering.
