Turns out this "owner" has just been given their 10 days before the sheriff comes and before marriage (found the marriage record) she used to have the same last name.She also put a previous address that she claim to live at for 20 years but it was not the right address!

I contacted the family and discovered the owner had passed away without a will and there kids from two marriages and his widow and it took over a year to get the Title cleared so it could be sold.

I would be surprised if anyone posts how much cash they have on hand.They might just get a marriage proposal out of the deal if they do post it. :)

@Jason DiClemente  Partnerships are like marriages, You really got to trust one another and as you know that takes time. 

You basically have the hardest parts of starting up a company AND a marriage at the same time!

Or is this a past marriage and the kids are grown?
