My friend disclosed that paying for the MLS was considered legal and an option most homeowners who want to sell their own homes do I had no idea if that was pricey or a reasonable fee Again I am not fully educated in all aspects of real estate, defiantly want to make it somewhat simple for myself and not end up loosing money by making mistakes.

Another possible source of arcing can occur if the wire behind the wall receptacle is loose (screw not tight or the push-in wire not being grabbed tightly enough); also, wires sometimes can crack behind the wall receptacle when the (possibly improper) tool used to strip the wires nicks the wire and repeated plugging in of cords causes the receptacle to move.

They take what they feel are comps and sort of average the price after adjusting for differences, then add a factor for excess or less Sq footage.So if 6 close comps sold for an average of $100K and averaged 1500 sq ft, all else equal, they would start at 100K then if the subject property was say 1650 ft they would add like $20-25 per foot for the additional 150 ft.

Today I'm going to mail by certified mail a Lease violation notice, I do want this issue resolved like yesterday even if I loose the tenant because it's not worth the wear and tear on the property, the permit says 5 people, not to mention the background of the extra people.
