Any person over 18 should go through the tenant screening if they are living there...they don't necessarily need to be on the lease, but there is another area on the Chicago Association of Realtor's lease to add occupants.

After buying this house, I partnered with others to invest in a duplex in the Wichita area.At the moment, I’m living in Tennessee, and I’m weighing two options: either selling my house and using the proceeds to buy a duplex in Overland Park or Wichita with my partners, or keeping the house for another 3 years, transferring it to our LLC, and renting out the entire property to maximize its rental potential ( $1400-$1600 ) I currently owe $200k on the property with a 6.5% interest rate, and my monthly payment is between ($1,700-$1800).

If not again you would be better off buying your own home and having enough yard/space for all of them but 13 is still way to many dogs unless you live on a farm or own acres of land.I have worked in the banking business and have seen people lose their homes that they rent due to landlords kicking them out with very little warning due to breach of contract or a No pet rule.
