If you use QBO, you should use a journal entry instead of the expense feature. 

That is why there is a leaps and bounds difference between simple stats collected by say media reports, versus peer reviewed research from professional journals. 

And one more think - Please do not add a Journal Entry as they some times call it General Journal Entry. 

Pasting the overview into Outlook Journal makes it easy to take notes and develop questions for searching the PB site later.
