have bought 3 properties like that with zero down.1st was a condo that the builder needs to sell within 23 hrs to get his investors to reinvest in phase 2 of the development. we used a wrap-around all-inclusive trust deed I paid the Builder who carried the paper.number 2 I bought a 4 bedroom house in foreclosure using a partner with cash we had to close in 5 days to beat the bank foreclosure.
