Dan, we have a local RE group that meets once a month in White Horse, there are several investors from New Holland that attend regularly.

Well, not anymore I'm ready to get out of this rat race and pursue my life goal of "being financially self-reliant."

Young and foolish, I was desperate, naive and did not understand that I was being registered in the RAT RACE. 

I am SUPER EXCITED to start this journey with everyone, spread the word about BP, provide families with affordable homes, finally get out of the Rat-Race, become financial free and enjoy the time spent with my family and friends.

It felt like a race to the bottom approach with no opportunity for value add or increased rents.

I have always bought and sold lots of cars, mostly old cars, hot rods, and race cars. 

So I have dedicated every free moment of my life to escaping the rat race, and building the life my family deserves.
