Been listening to the podcast and reading the forums to get a hang of everything.I ended up here because I was looking to buy a house so I set out to find out everything I could about the process and see if there was any insider trick or tip to get a better deal then just simply going to an agent and saying I want to buy a house.

All those are traps to make you validate something that they can hang onto for leverage and not removing from your report.

Looking for low commission, low interference broker to hold my license. I will be doing deals in the San Antonio area. Not interested in monthly fees. Don't need leads. 

Part of my expense is to put a privacy fence in the back of the house to buffer the house from a huge dog that hangs over the chain link fence - no way in heck anyone is going to live with that.  

Granted I haven't driven that area in a few years but I didn't like what I saw back then....too many people/adult males "hanging out" during the middle of the day when most people are working.
