Not sure if you're aware that in OC, early June is "Senior Week" (mainly the first 2 weeks), where high school seniors and college groups try to book places to come and party. 

I had the best experience with Minnesota Realty School.

I worked for a PM in high school and college years.

So, when I went to real estate school, I was super excited to get all of this behind the scenes knowledge and skills that I had been missing all these years.

The top goals is to live where I want, learn as much as I can, and maybe create a school to teach what I learned to someone else.

. ;) That's the old-school strategy right there.

Make sure your not buying on the wrong side of a city/school border and are using rent comparisons that might be geographically close but are really different renter markets(like buying in East Cleveland and using Cleveland Heights rents).

I wish this stuff was taught in school so people could understand it better and make better choices in who represents them.

The suburbs will be higher taxes but generally better schools and higher income tenants.
