The guy didn't see any termites inside the property but found them in the flower bed near main entrance.

There's a sears outlet where you can get pretty good deals on new appliances sometimes.  

We were told the property needed a carbon monoxide detector and to have two electrical outlets stabilized.

Ex employer of mine took a self store facility that was in bank foreclosure, bought it, gutted the offices and built offices that he rented out to sub contractors and remod companies. he then put an outlet of his company . a flooring wholesaler in the location as a second store and voila built in business.

If you change 1 outlet you technically have to pull a permit. 

Sorry for the lengthy post, but I finally have an outlet to share ideas with like minded people and want to see what you would do!

One of the outlets houses the carbon monoxide detector and there is no other place to put it limiting the outlets even more.
