For those interested, it needs the following:Exterior: Paint Shutters & Power Wash all the vinylInterior: Replace Carpet, Paint Walls & Ceiling, Replace switchplates & outlet covers, Paint doors & trimUnpermitted enclosed patio: Relocate Electric Meter to exterior of home.We also put a sign & lockbox on another property which currently has a tenant.

Ex employer of mine took a self store facility that was in bank foreclosure, bought it, gutted the offices and built offices that he rented out to sub contractors and remod companies. he then put an outlet of his company . a flooring wholesaler in the location as a second store and voila built in business.

One of the outlets houses the carbon monoxide detector and there is no other place to put it limiting the outlets even more.
