Lender Experience and ReputationHow long have you been lending in the fix-and-flip market?

I’m hesitant to pay such a large amount without seeing significant progress, especially given the prior problems.

Generally we raise capital from investors who want a fixed income and have enough meat on the bone to keep all the equity in the deals and push the valuation and also obtain commercial financing where we can get 75-80% LTV financing and still maintain a DSCR of 1.2+2.) 

They also have monthly meetings, site visits to fix-n-flips, some classes, etc.I'm happy to connect you into the local investing community. 

I fixed this the second time I advertised a property.

Your biggest problems here are going to be how to properly qualify someone, what to do if someone stops paying, footing the bill if you have a big repair item, finding quality and reasonable vendors/contractors to fix things, and keeping track of payments.If this isn't you, give me some more context of where you're at and I can give some better insights.
