In any case, I am a big advocate for investor couples -- I've seen many of them do extremely well in this REI business. 

Hey Joseph, I'm probably the most prolific Detroit investor here on BP.I own 12-doors there myself... should be 14 but that duplex is held up in probate right now.Beyond that, I'm also extremely active with other investors wanting to get started in the market there.

Here is an extreme example but I think it proves the point. 

It's extremely robust and I run both of my rentals with it.

Service animals are extremely well trained and I doubt they will cause problems. 

The current system is extremely efficient and effective.  

It's not the most beautiful work of art, but it gets the job done and it's extremely easy for someone like myself (very little html experience) to edit and plug and play.

Finding turnkey deals that cashflow well is EXTREMELY difficult especially if you are looking for ones that you like personally.
