You'll need to pass the training facilities' testing first and then you have to pass the national exam in order to get your license.

@Monique Banks one of the main differences between using the banks money and your own is the bank will want to examine your deal to see if it ifs fundable.

I'd have the well and the septic system thoroughly examined by an expert for both capacity and working order.
