OK here are three major issues that he emphasized over the phone: 1) there is a wall on one side of which there is "not operating receptacle" and on the other side Oven Not Heating Up (he is suggesting to look into whether there is an issue with the wiring in the wall)2) AC duct is defective (torn up) and he had seen some mice dirt in it3) Heating element was inoperable at the time of inspection.
