Hey BP,I'm diving deeper into market research and looking to build a reliable process for identifying market metrics, data, and trends.

I imagine there may be steps to take with the city upfront to determine if in fact the ground on the lot can be built on, but some general guidance or tips on best place to start and what to expect throughout the new construction process in Buffalo.

Does anyone have general advice on our approach to this process both in terms of educating ourselves and building our network?

I'm going to hold onto the property and give it at least another year before I decide to emotionally sell. 

David Greene mentioned that when he does out of state renovations, he likes to leverage property managers to overlook the construction process.

One guy that I chatted with in a Facebook group said that he didn't interfere with their process for the first 2 wks.

Most importantly, China and India (and Asia in general) are in the process of taking over as the world's main economic powers and the reality is we can't compete against their cheap labour.
