The mailers I send consist of distressed properties that I drive by using the driving for dollars method, pre-foreclosures, divorces, and absentee owners. 

Some mentees will act as a bloodhound for the mentor, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, scouring the internet, making cold calls, or performing other services that help the mentor find new deals.

It is a beautiful house, and I'm on a small lake and it's a pretty easy drive to Disney and a little harder to Universal.

Although, I think it would drive up the cleaning fees and, in turn, the airbnb rates to have cleaning/PM companies that establish and maintain a higher standard of work.

the best way to research a market is to go to it and drive and walk around. 

Check the city or PD's web site to see if they have a claim form posted.
