Will it be a distraction?

I'm a motivated person and I get my work done efficiently without the distraction of water cooler chats.

You'll be setting yourself up for higher W-2 income while also gaining valuable knowledge you can apply to your RE business.Don't approach school as a distraction but rather a catalyst.

Another thing you should do is get your financing figured out and have the lender state the average time needed to close your loan and the maximum amount you qualified for you can copy your loan letter and put it in your offer package.One other thing you should do is to find a location for your office that is convenient and have few distractions.

I don't trust my contractor in completing the original work on budget and don't want to get the new seller involved with my contractor as not to distract him furtherMy question is: Should i continue making payments although my contractor is behind schedule ( he has already submitted 2 change orders which I paid for)?

I did remove my side-bars in many cases because it was distracting and people kept funneling to my FB page.I've seen people create their own sites . . . and it's almost comical in some cases.

Frankly, going down that road may just distract you more.

Other stuff will always be there to distract you, however.
