I'm a developer, hold my GC license and real estate license and we're building duplexes near downtown right now.

I've spent several years developing skills and tools to be successful in a very niche space.I usually work with mom-and-pop sellers who have originated just one seller carry in their lifetime and, when they connect with me, have never sold a note. 

I can drill down and market to just LIKELY motivated prospects.  

If you think that it would be helpful for me to talk about this aspect of business development for owners of commercial properties then I would be more than happy to share my thoughts about it.  

Seems like the city is projected economic development from hospital and Honda plant .

I'm on the Emerald Coast of FL (Destin - Fort Walton Beach) and I have noticed that there have been several investor developments, where an investor buys a property that also has some extra land and then adds tiny homes on the extra land to use for additional STR housing.

We are going to be self managing our properties from out of state, and need someone who can show prospective tenants property, allow maintenance workers/inspectors in, and to hold our key.

I'm big into learning and self development so I went for it.
