I wonder if the state will make further chances once every landlord in CO changes their leases to 11.5 months. 

I was wondering if anyone has experience with traveling to the Caribbean or buying properties in the Caribbean. 

I'm in the same boat Trevor, new to using HML, I've already determined terms but have not submitted paperwork to HML about a specific deal, wondering if should wait until offer is accepted

I also want to purchase the property by the end of the year and was wondering if there are some grants that would help me with down payment assistance and if it would be recommended in my situation.

It seems prices are relatively high in the area and that leads me to wonder if I should keep looking for a good deal locally or if it would be a better idea to invest out of state.

I did a bit of research and wondering if the current interest rates, high real estate prices, and weak 12-14 week rental period make it a bad investment.

I remember thinking how absolutely absurd it was to still be living this way after tripling my income, and on top of that my Wife was getting ready to graduate nursing school which would add even more income but, I had no clue how to keep it from disappearing every month and wondering what happened.
