I know my journey will probably be long and hard but I haven't felt this passionate about anything like this in my life, so I'm ready for the challenges and rewards. 

I take it as my responsibility to produce for the greater good given the advantages I've been lucky to have (luckily I believe the system will reward me greatly for my work).

Fun money to reward yourself (5%)This book preaches leveraging other peoples money to finance your flips so investing all the profits into your next deal is not in line with his strategy, although I'm sure this is an option as well.

It is probably not as easy as you imagine, and the risk vs reward (ie: greater equity) may not as favorable as you'd like.

NYC (Manhattan + boroughs) really is its own beast where the competition is MUCH higher, but so are the rewards 😄.

We made a lot of mistakes and definitely over spent but we learned for next time which is a reward in itself.
