The appraised value seems low and I am trying to understand the best strategy to challenge this value and the cost / benefit of going through the condemnation process. 

This structure offers liability protection, scalability, and tax benefits but involves administrative complexity, potential California franchise tax if managed there, and refinancing challenges due to personal guarantees.

I believe they expect us to rollover and let our insurance company handle it and just settle.

I have taken my real estate agent course work and plan to take the exam and sign on with a low cost broker to handle my own transactions.
