I would say at first I was browsing the market since I’m new to Buffalo, but over the last 5 months had analyzed the few deals that fit my criteria which were move in ready for house hacking since I have a girlfriend and daughter.

While browsing the local listings I came across a property in a neighborhood we are interested in that was listed as a pre-forclosure. 

:DI just browsed on loopnet and did some numbers in the very first investment that popped up.

I'm not fired my partner might be but might move to a different department within casino but we are getting tons of cash from unemployment about 8g a month living expenses are next to none living with parents they are coming too lol  

Browse the forum, see who you like and initiate contact.

Aside from that, I learn something every time I browse the forums here. 

@Filipe Pereira first thank you for commenting on the post, well there are a couple of reasons we choose Springfield my wife grew up there and we have a strong support system from her large family there i have visited a couple of times and was there in January and can see opportunity there and see the city is trying to turn things in a better direction example the new casino. i also noticed that rents are on the rise and cost are still reasonable to purchase and find property's were i can add value to. i also am open to invest in the surrounding area's willing to drive 7 to 8 from Springfield but i want to bring good housing to the city. i visited a meet up group while i was there and felt a sense of community but i haven't meet someone who is currently doing business there. if i can get in contact with like minded investor there it would be great. you mentioned you manage some property's there what is experience dealing with tenants there ?

You will still be able to browse Airbnb but you won’t be able to book any reservations or host any guests.As a host, what if I have safety concerns about accepting reservations from anyone?

I know rates are really low right now, I browse houses online, I see great deals that would be great for us  but of course they get snagged quick and I just want to be ready should I see the perfect opportunity. 

I currently hold one property in Mililani and I’m browsing for my second property although the COVID has made it slightly difficult.
