Hello BP Family,I've been considering this topic over the past few weeks, as my wife and I have begun the journey of real estate investing.

Now I haven't yet done this as I've only just begun to question, but a rough draft view of 50's properties is lack of maitenance, lower income renters, toys littering the front yard kind of stuff.I would really like to hear from seasoned investors who have been around to see these changes or hopefully lack of changes.

I have begun speaking to real estate agents and wholesalers, and have visited a few properties so far.

I haven't even begun to connect with potential firms and wanted to see if there was some sort of checklist of questions I should ask them when I do.

They did about $10,000 of damage, I have already begun but cannot finish without funds. 

I am new to the LA area and have just begun working with probate leads to present to my investors.

I've begun Real Estate courses to get my license, but have a few more weeks before I'll feel comfortable enough to take the test.

However, I have recently begun tapping into areas like Spartanburg where cash flow is a little easier to purchase.
